We do not explicitly warrant any appliance, but we will try to repair, replace or make it right. Under no circumstances, we will cover damages to food, clothes or other items resulting from appliance malfunction. Please check your homeowner insurance.BBQs are provided as a courtesy by the owner. Propane BBQs need to be cleaned before usage (grease burn off) to prevent fires by the guest. When leaving, we expect you to remove your food items from the BBQ and brush it off. Nevertheless, I am requesting an individual review of the circumstances by the management company. Regardless of the outcome, I agree by entering into this agreement that, (1) the lease and all disputes have been fully resolved to fullest satisfaction of both parties. (2) All conversations and circumstances related to this business transaction including the wording of this agreement shall remain private. (3) No comments shall be publicly made by either party about this transaction and the original lease. In case any information about this transaction or lease becomes public by either party (violating party), any promise of refund will become void and any monies from Anna Maria Island Real Estate LLC paid to guest shall be refunded within 10 business days. Other party may seek legal recourse to have information deleted and all resulting damages, legal and attorney fees should be reimbursed by violating party. Both parties herein agree to transfer copyright of any information or comments made to the public to the other party. We will not respond to unfounded / denied refund requests.
