Cortez Clam Factory

The Cortez Clam Factory, referred to as “ The Clam “ by locals, is a  friendly honkytonk located just a mile from the historic “Cortez Fishing Village“ that has evolved into one of Manatee County’s favorite food, music, and fun locations. But anything less than quality seafood won’t cut it for these guys. Besides seafood they offer mouth watering BBQ and other local favorites. This eatery/watering hole forgoes the posh nightclub vibe in favor of a more down-home pace, but it is still plenty tropical.
