You will find 2 parking passes for Runaway Bay in the unit. Parking passes need to be displayed in your vehicle while parked on RAB property, also when parked in the assigned parking space. Please remember to put the parking passes back in the unit before leaving. There will be a $75 replacement fee for lost parking passes that will need to be charged to your credit card if not left behind on the departure date.
Also, please note that RAB does not allow to hang towels over the front railing and nothing may be stored on the walkway in front of the unit. Items like beach chairs or beach toys may be stored under the staircase or in the unit only.
Motor homes, RVs, campers, electric golf carts, trailers & watercraft are not permitted on property. Properly licensed gasoline powered golf carts are permitted to be used by licensed drivers on Runaway Bay roadways designed for use by other licensed motor vehicles. All permitted golf carts shall be parked in either a parking space assigned to a Unit or within a designated “Guest’ parking space when not in use. Golf Carts must display a proper RAB Parking Permit
Occupancy limit: 4 (including children).
Overoccupancy may result in immediate termination without refund.

Unit #203: We are waiting for replacement part for stove which is backordered. Regular stove is inoperable, please do not use.
