Guest and Visitor Policy
The registered renter is fully responsible for the conduct of all visitors during the rental period. Our properties are licensed for residential use under Florida Statute ยง509 and are located in residential neighborhoods. As such, renters and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, particularly with regard to noise.
-
Noise Restrictions: No loud or disruptive behavior is permitted, and the use of outdoor amplified music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Complaints from neighbors, or law enforcement may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-
Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy of the property, including temporary daytime visitors, must not exceed the number listed in the reservation (typically 6 guests for single-family homes and 4 for condominiums). Overnight stays by unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
-
Amenity Use: Visitors are permitted to use property amenities (e.g., pool, BBQ) during daytime hours only while under the direct supervision of the registered guest. Visitors may not access or use any property facilities independently.
-
Prohibited Gatherings: The property may not be used to host events, parties, celebrations, or gatherings involving outside guests not listed in the reservation. This includes pool parties, BBQs, or any group activity that could disturb neighbors or exceed the intended use of the property.
Violations of this policy will be considered a material breach of the rental agreement and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
