You’ll receive your combination code by email once your final payment has been received. To make sure it reaches you in time, we send it three times — about 14 days, 3 days, and 24 hours before arrival (we suggest printing it so it’s handy).
Please add our email address to your safe-senders list and check your spam or “other” folder — Hotmail, Live and Outlook accounts in particular sometimes filter it.
