Beachy 3BR/3BA Pool Home ⚓ small office ⚓ Close to Manatee River and Downtown

The pool was great. Close to the beach. Huge rooms. Quiet area.

The beds could have been a little softer but we had an amazing time and loved the house and location close to town and beaches. Would definitely stay here again

This was a great property, looked just like the pictures, and a quiet little neighborhood. Location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. Pool was the best part of course.

House: My wife and I stayed at the River District, Bradenton, FL home the last week of April 2021.

This house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with the adjacent neighbors quite close.

The house and kitchen were clean. Everything seemed to be new, including the mattress we slept on as it was very comfortable. We both agreed that this was probably the best we ever slept on a vacation.

There are 2 similar bedrooms and each has a sliding door to the pool area, so we picked the one with the walk in shower. The garage has been turned into a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a crib. This bedroom also has its own access to a bathroom with a back door also leading out to the pool area.

Pool: The back of the house has a patio cover along the entire back with part of it screened in. The house faces west so as the sun moves across the sky the pool becomes shaded. After spending the day at the beach it was perfect to come back and relax in the pool. The pool was very nice and clean, with steps on 1 end making it easy to get in and out of. We paid the extra $125 for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. The pool area is private in the back with several types of plants and trees, but the sides are pretty open to the neighbors. However, it would not take much too also provide blockage on the sides, making this a truly secluded pool area.

Location: The location was great and since the house is a block from Manatee Rd (Rt 64) a main east/west road going directly to US41/US301 to the east and Anna Maria Island to the West. The Manatee River is 4 houses away in the other direction, so it was excellent for walking, in the morning and the evening. One evening we were out a dolphin swam right by us. A Publix was 5 minutes away and there are many restaurants in the near vicinity. Two we enjoyed were Pier 22 and Bella Mia.

Other stuff: Coquina beach was very nice with outdoor showers, changing rooms, restrooms, and a nice outdoor café serving both breakfast and lunch food. You could sit on the deck and eat under umbrellas or take your food back to your beach spot.

We would absolutely come back to this house when going back to this area.

House was perfect and the yard was like personal oasis.

This home is charming, comfortable, and clean. In a quite neighborhood by the river but not far from downtown or grocery stores. The beach is a drive when you factor in the heavy traffic on Anna Maria Island but not terrible. The pool is a nice size with an excellent deck and landscaping to enjoy. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and plenty of extra towels/sheets. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house with perfect layout and pool

Great location and perfect small family getaway spot! We loved the clean open spaces, heated pool and convenient location. It was precisely what we were looking for.

The home was amazing and I would definitely recommend it. It was exactly as it was listed, if not better. The pool was heated and absolutely perfect, we were in it every day! It was a short 1/2 block from a beautiful walk along the river. We drove a short distance to Anna Maria Island a couple of days also. The beaches were all very close. I will definitely stay here again when coming to visit family in Sarasota.

This home was spectacular. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to have a short holiday while we were escaping the snow and cold. We visited the beaches in the area and had some great food from local restaurants. Thank you for having everything impeccable for us at the the home! The neighborhood felt very safe and we loved watching the wildlife around the neighborhood and in the backyard. Backyard offered some great privacy and the pool was perfectly heated.
We thought we would add a few days to our trip but we totally understood when we found the home was booked for the next 2 months!! You have a great place here. We will definitely be back!!

The house was great. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing few days after a youth football tournament that had us sitting outside under the sun for 4-6 hours at a time. Clean open floor plan all the kitchenware necessary to make breakfast and snacks during the day. The Pool was great especially having it heated since it is cooler this time of the year. Our family had a wonderful week and half stay at this beautiful comfortable home.

This pool home was great! The first thing I noticed was that it was Very CLEAN always a must but even more during Covid times. Open floor plan well stocked kitchen with pots pans and even basic condiments a great and welcomed surprise. The house is very comfortable and well kept. It was exactly what we needed for our relaxed get out of Michigan snow get away. Wonderful location close to EVERYTHING!! My family thanked me for the great choice of stay and I thank you for the wonderful property and great communication. Definitely 2 thumbs up.

Where do I start? We walked into a clean and welcoming home! Decorated lovely, offered plenty of accommodations, the pool was the best part. Loved having sliding doors for both adult rooms. My daughter loved the kids room with the high chair and crib that she used for her baby dolls.
We ran into a slight problem... I reached out to the owner and she had it solved the same day! It’s hard to find someone who actually cares about the happiness of the renters.
Location is very convenient. We were able to get to the beach in 15 minutes. Downtown has a lot of restaurants to choose from.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did.

Wow what a fantastic holiday break we have just had. Because of commitments in the UK we always have to book at the last moment to find somewhere to stay when coming to Florida.
We arrived in Bradenton travelling from Tampa Airport (directions superb) turning into 24th St West it was an absolute delight amazing houses well maintained gardens a leafy road leading down to the Manatee River . The house look great as we drove up, on entering we were blown away with what was a fabulous interior. The house was well looked after and maintained to a high standard. Large living room / lounge mounted TV with open kitchen diner. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate in for the majority of our stay. Three amazing bedrooms all with large TVs each with their own bathroom ( what more could you ask for). The pool area was a REAL treat for us a morning swim everyday to start , then relaxing in the day poolside. This is one of the best house pools we have been in and we have visited Bradenton/Sarasota for many years. The house fully equipped with excellent WiFi facilities and TV listings. From the house it was a short walk to the Manatee River and from there you could walk for miles along it or cycle. All supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach. 15 minutes drive to all beaches and the great Anna Maria Island.
Property Manager Heidi was easily contacted if needed and she was on hand to agree for us to rent two more days because of Hurricane Dorian our flights and been cancelled and rearranged Many thanks Heidi.

Very quiet, relaxing and private. Close to all attractions and beach. Loved this place one of the best things about our vacation.

The house was clean and roomie, the pool was awesome. My son swam in it multiple times a day. The area was nice and close to everything that we would need for our vacation. We loved that we were 15 mins from Anna Maria island, we went there almost everyday. We loved the experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

This house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and cute and had everything you needed! We have rented a lot of properties over the years and this house by far was the most stocked with necessities. The pool was AMAZING and clean. It is an 8 mile drive to Anna Maria but please note it takes more like 30 minutes with traffic. We didn’t mind the drive and spent a lot of time out there. If I could only suggest one thing, it would be an iron and ironing board. There may have been one and I couldn’t find it.....the house is quite large. I give it an A+. Read the guest book, lots of suggestions from past guests! And the neighborhood is quiet and serene. Hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did.

This home is as advertised very clean. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn't working and it was taken care quickly. Highly recommend this property.
