We would definitely stay again! Our family of five slept very comfortable and we LOVED having the pool! The house (including the pool) was very clean and the owners thought of everything we would need down tomorrow every detail!!! We were very impressed. The location was in a nice and safe neighborhood right when the road turns into one road going towards AMI and was conveniently located also next to restaurants and Publix. My only one suggestion would be to get some blinds in the home (kitchen, sunroom, etc) so we can feel a little more privacy at night but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we have the house 5 stars and would def stay again!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. House backs up to a small pond and we enjoyed watching the wildlife...turtles, otters and different birds. Nice open floor plan. We had nice week! Anna Maria Island is a must see and only 20 minutes away!!

"Exceptional Lakefront Pool Home"

Had a wonderful time in Bradenton at this property. The managers were responsive and ensured the stay was seamless. Arriving at night it was a little challenging to see the house number and the master bedroom mattress was a bit firm for me. Aside from those two comments the place was well equipped, clean, and made for a wonderful stay for snowbirds.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a safe, clean and peaceful place to spend their Florida vacation. The booking and check-in process was simple, the extra pool heat was a big bonus and the home felt clean and safe, too. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

The house was very nice. Super clean. They had everything we needed for our week vacation. They had games, pool floats, beach gear, and had ect. The area was great. Can’t wait till we vacation again we will most definitely stay here again.

This is a nice clean house in a great location. Safe neighborhood, close to beach and shopping etc. The kitchen was much better appointed than most rentals. There were plenty of pots and knives and bowls for people who actually cook. You can't reach the management by phone but they are responsive to emails. No problems. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to the beach and shopping. The kitchen was well appointed for home cooking meals, more so than many other rentals I’ve been in where they seem to assume everyone is going to eat out every night. The management was responsive to any concerns. I would rent this house again.

"Great location"

Property is spacious and located in a residential area. Very nice part of Bradenton close to the Nature Preserve which has walking/bike trails. Would have been very happy if the bikes that are locked up in the garage were available for use. Pool is large and I enjoyed it daily. There are many different types of birds that you will see out back around the pond. I even saw a bald eagle that landed and sat on the tree top. The home itself is well stocked.

My family lived this place, the pool was great and the beaches are close. The property was clean with everything close by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away from the every day!

The house was perfect for family.

Loved the house and the open floor plan. It was great having a private pool but the view of the water in the back made it 10 x better. We will come back to this home again for sure.

We had a wonderful time in Bradenton! The house was a real home away from home and it totally exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the view in the lanai by the pool was stunning! From egrets to herons to osprey we had an up close and very personal look at nature. We opted to pay extra to heat the pool which was definitely the right decision as the temperature was perfect and we used it almost daily. The house is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood but is some distance from shopping areas so a car is needed. The north entrance to Robinson Nature Preserve and Desoto Park are close by and are a must to visit but we also used the former as a destination to walk or run many days. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Heidi the manager of the house responded to questions that we had. All in all a great holiday!

We had such a great time! Packed a lunch in our cooler & went to the beach every day! Spacious, kids loved the pool, wifi worked well with 4 people using it along with streaming tv with our firestick. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood... the lot next to the house is vacant. Enjoyed the beautiful birds singing & eating fish from the lake & turtles swimming from the screened in lanai. Plenty of extra beach towels to use if you need them...

"The best rental / price I ever got"

This home is just fabulous. Everything is newly furnished and very clean. The rental company made an awesome job of providing all information upfront. They have very detailed instructions about almost everything on their website. They have electronic locks at the front door which makes late arrivals very easy. No need to stop by at a rental office to pickup keys. This is super easy. Homewise, there is a brandnew outside covered seating area with nice patio furniture. So no idea what the other review was about. I didn't know the home phone number either, however by just calling my cell I had it in 2 minutes. The price was absolutely reasonable for what we got. The area btw is safe, not upscale but very nicely maintained homes all around. The TV channels were some kind of limited, but I even found a Roku TV in the bedroom which was nice so I could use my netflix account. We'll definitely return. Great property.

Our stay was great. We re book last minute because of Hurricane Matthew and found this cozy home. The kids loved the pool. I loved that it had a washer and dryer. Don't over pack, you can wash clothes. The home is close to the beach we were there each day of our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We booked this rental last minute. The reservation was confirmed within a couple a minutes. The property was easy to find. It was very clean, newly updated with a nice pool on a pond. Very calm and safe area. We are happy.

From inquiring to booking which didn't take long. Property manager responded almost instantly and was very helpful which made our booking easy and quick.On arrival we couldn't have wished for anything better. The home was better than described with a great pool which is much larger than usual. Shops easy by car and beaches 15m. When looking for comfort, quite and privacy then look no further this is the one. Overall great clean house and pool close to everything and property manager who also speaks German was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this home and we will be booking again.

A very nice vacation rental in tranquil NW Bradenton. We booked from Germany and the booking process was extremely easy compared to what you mostly find on Homeaway. We found a newly furnished and updated vacation home in a very relaxed community. The property was on a pond with a screened in pool. Inside and outside were extremely clean. When we visited the local German restaurant on Anna Maria Island, they also spoke highly positive about the management company as they were also German and obviously knew them. Will definitely return

The in ground pool was very clean and provided lots of fun for us during our stay. I highly recommend renting this home and cannot wait to plan another trip to Northwest Bradenton.

Outstanding pool home. We arrived and found a nicely updated pool home on a lake. Everything was very clean, internet was fast and a big HDTV. Our kids were more than happy. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to take a walk. We liked it.
