Enjoyed our stay!!

We arrived a little before 5PM and the house was roomy and suited our needs. We had 3 adults and 3 children in our group, and the pool was a hit with the children. There was plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes of the house which made it very convenient. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach depending on the traffic. I highly recommend it was nice to have all the space and a pool to yourself. I would recommend this over finding a hotel room.

I do live in Bradenton, however - it's nice to stay somewhere with a pool when I have company from out of state. This house was perfect!! We all enjoyed it!!

The pool was amazing and the home was nice! WiFi was easy to connect. Could have had a welcome binder for things like trash pickup and recycling. All around comfortable house

This property was very clean and well cared for. The only thing missing was a bottle of windex.(there was even a pooper scooper, which was great) We received an email with check out procedures which was fine however, we were not able to respond. We left on Saturday at noon and were not able to inform you so you could get your cleaning crew in for your next guests quicker. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was great! Lots of towels, everything was clean. The pool was fantastic and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Kids swam everyday!! Quiet neighborhood and felt safe which was important to us since we’ve never visited that area. We have zero complaints and would definitely consider staying there again if we come back to Florida.

The purpose of the trip was to visit my sister and aging mother who both live in Bradenton. Due to the pandemic we had not seen them since 2019. The location allowed easy access to each other. The home had a comfortable living room and pleasant dining area for gathering. The pool exceeded my expectations. After our arrival we requested that pool heater be turned on. I was afraid they would not be able to do that quickly but they responded right away! Very pleased.

Nice pool, nice house. Had everything we needed for a week long stay. Neighborhood seemed fine and we were within an hour of almost all the thing we wanted to see. The management is super responsive which is great if you have questions. Would book this again.

Perfect 3/2 home for anyone looking to get away for business or vacation; which was both for us. You want location - got it; only a short drive to the beaches of Anna Maria Island. You want a private Oasis witha pool, privacy, and amenities; you got it. You want access to stores, shopping and other day destinations; got it. Great property management team, as well as owners. Great job all involved, our family loved it!

Great property very clean as described.

Definitely recommend it: we received all necessary infos (e. g. how to get into the house) on time, the booking was easy and fast. The house was clean and has all the basic things you need (washing machine, towels, kitchen fully equipped, air conditioning etc.) We especially liked the large pool area outside which is fully fenced and thus protects you against insects, mosquitos etc. This is a big plus as we spent our evenings outside having barbecue using the gas grill. The house is equipped with a large TV in the living room and 2 smaller ones in the bedrooms. You´re able to watch Netflix on them ;). The house is situated in an area which is quiet, so no traffic noise etc. We very often went to Bradenton Beach (roughly 30 min by car from the house) which is a very beautiful beach. There no big hotels directly at beach, just nature :). The parking is free and on weekdays there are few people there. The water was perfect (we were there in May). On weekends there are more people there, of course, so I would recommend to go early. Other beaches like Holmes Beach or Anna Maria Island are also reachable in about half an hour by car. The airport (Tampa) is about an hour away. If you like to go shopping, Ellenton Premium Outlets are just one hour away. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this to anyone who likes to spend a relaxing holiday in Florida.

Did everything via Email. Received all major information couple of days before check-in. Garbage pick-up, Wi-Fi codes and key code to enter the house. TV with Netflix, International and local TV. Perfect! Wi-Fi is super-fast and never ran out of service. House was absolutely clean, very well maintained and perfectly equipped. Pool is gorgeous and huge. Spent a lot of time at the beaches of Anna-Maria-Island. 10 min. drive. All major shopping centers, Restaurants, Gym close by. Neighborhood is quite and friendly. GT Bray Park was perfect for our work-outs so as the numerous golf courses. House looks better than the pictures online. We’ll be back for our next Florida vacation. Highly recommended.

Das Haus ist grosszuegig und bietet wirklich alles, was man zum Erholen und zum Leben braucht. Die modernen Moebel sind neu, bequem und stilgerecht. Das Koch- und Essgeschirr ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Ein Gasgrill steht am Pool zur Verfuegung. Der riesige Pool ist mit einem Fliegengitter ueberdacht und dadurch immer sauber. Einmal pro Woche kommt der Poolservice durch die Hintertuere und gepflegt ihn. Ideal zum Schwimmen von langen Bahnen oder einfach nur, um die Fuesse ins Wasser zu halten. Besonders schoen fanden wir, dass zwei hochwertige Lautsprecher im Aussenbereich montiert sind. Musikanlagen gibt es zwei. Eine fuer den Wohnraum und eine am Pool. Das Grundstueck ist komplett eingezaeunt. Privatsphaere garantiert! Eines Abends hatten wir Freunde aus Oesterreich zum Abendessen eingeladen. Auch die waren begeistert von diesem schoenen Haus. Es ist auch hervorzuheben, dass innen wie aussen so viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt wird. Hier und dort ein paar Blumen und Pflanzen, Kakteen, usw. Wir haben uns dort pudelwohl gefuehlt. Ideal fanden wir den Luxus, von morgens bis abends draussen, ueberdacht, uns auf zu halten. Neben dem Pool gibt es noch einen gestalteten Garten mit bewaessertem Rasen, eine zweite Terrasse und einen beleuchteten Freisitz. Fazit: Buchen, Fuesse hoch und bei Fragen an die Hausverwalterin Heidi wenden. Die war auch, wie das Haus, eine Wucht!

This was the perfect home for our family of 4 and 3 dogs. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Santa Maria Island were we enjoyed white sand and clear water. The pool and home was very clean. This was the perfect place for our family and we look forward to returning next summer!

We had a wonderful week and truly enjoyed our stay. We had all the comforts of home. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing. It was in a perfect location. A simple drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. We did have to fill the propane tank for the grill. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful little home for a family to vacation in. We had 3 adults and a child plus a dog and this house was the perfect size for us.

The outdoor (screened) pool/deck has speakers and bbq... spent hours out back with friends just enjoying the evenings.

Awesome house and everyone loved it.
