We and the homeowner can’t be responsible for personal items left behind. If you’d like us to find and mail something, you’ll cover the shipping plus a $25 handling fee — just request it through our lost-and-found form.
We’re also unable to forward or hold mail addressed to the property, so if you’re expecting something important, please make sure it arrives during your stay. Anything that arrives before or after will be returned to sender.
