Cable TV Troubleshooting (NON-ROKU)

PLEASE PLEASE!: Please report any outage here

1.) If your property is equipped with a Spectrum or Brighthouse Remote you are on regular Cable TV. Cable Provider is Spectrum. You may need to call them directly if you encounter an outage with the TV.

Their phone number is 1-855-222-0102, For all TVs, the input shall be set to HDMI1 or HDMI2. You won’t get any programming if TV is set to “TV” input or AV.

Sometimes they require you provide the name and / or account number of the specific subscriber (owner of the property) when calling. In this case, please send us an support request so we can provide that information to you. Please report any outage here

Warranted TV / Extra Bedroom TVs

All properties are equipped with standard TV service. We do not warrant any TV service.  If you encounter an outage with any TV, we try to assist, however the cable provider needs to troubleshoot with you. Please report here.

IP TV / Roku Players

Do NOT log out from any services like YoutubeTV or Netflix. We cannot provide access credentials over the phone. So when logging out, it may take serveral days until somebody logging the device back in. If you find an logged out device upon arrival, please report it here asap:  report it to us.

Troubleshooting
NEVER EVER RESET ANY TV-DEVICE ON YOUR OWN!!! YOU MAY LOSE ALL TV SERVICES FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU FOR RESETTING BY A TECH. MINIMUM CHARGE $75.

 

DVD Players / Stereo Systems

These devices are provided by the owners as a courtesy or were left by previous guests. Feel free to use, but we are not warranting or supporting them.

If you find inoperable equipment, feel free to inform us. However, we can not provide a replacement for such equipment. You may not discard any such equipment since our inventory list would show a deficiency after your move-out which you are responsible for. In many cases, these items are not defective.
