Northwest Bradenton Vacation Rentals

Northwest Bradenton is the quiet corner of the mainland above Manatee Avenue, where the streets end at lakes and canals and the traffic thins out. It is residential, green, and about as far from a resort strip as you can get while still being fifteen minutes from the sand.

What the area is like

NW Bradenton is old Florida suburb in the good sense: wide lots, cul-de-sacs, water at the end of a lot of gardens, and neighbours who live there year round. Robinson Preserve and DeSoto National Memorial are close, both good for a morning walk or a paddle before it gets hot. The bridge to Anna Maria Island is a straight run down Manatee Avenue.

Guests who book here are usually after two things: a pool that faces the right way, and quiet. Lakefront lots with south exposure get sun on the water most of the day, which in January is the difference between a pool you use and one you look at.

What we manage in Northwest Bradenton

Both are houses, not units: your own pool, your own garden, your own driveway.
