Our homes are in quiet residential neighborhoods, and we’d love for you and your neighbors to enjoy a peaceful stay — for many of them, it’s just an ordinary day next door. For that reason, we don’t allow parties, large gatherings, family reunions, or events at our properties.
If you’d like to celebrate with a bigger group, there are great options nearby: restaurants, clubs, the beach, or one of Manatee County’s public parks.
Please note that if a party takes place without our prior written approval and we receive complaints, the stay may be ended without a refund, even at night. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors!
