All single family homes have a BBQ for guests to use.
The grill is a courtesy by the owner, propane exchanges and the cleaning are the guest’s responsibility. We do NOT reimburse for propane.
Condo communities provide their own shared charcoal BBQ spots.
Please note that grills aren’t deep-cleaned between guests and BBQ cleaning isn’t part of the cleaning fee, so please plan to give it a clean before you use it. The same goes for outdoor areas like docks and patio furniture.
