I am aware that I am not legally entitled to any refund per terms and conditions of the rental agreement between me and Anna Maria Island Real Estate, LLC (Management Company). Nevertheless, I am requesting an individual review of the circumstances by the management company. I am aware, in order to qualify for a refund, there must be 1.) a mandatory evacuation order for the specific property I am staying, 2.) I must notify Anna Maria Island Real Estate LLC about my intension to vacate and 3.) only for unused days after I vacated.
