How do I book directly?
All bookings are made online here on our website: browse the available rentals, choose your dates and reserve online. We do not take bookings by phone.
I already booked on Vrbo. Can I cancel and book with you instead?
No. We cannot cancel an existing Vrbo reservation and rebook it here. Booking direct on SuncoastVacation.com applies to new reservations.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quote you see before booking lays out the rental rate along with any cleaning fee, taxes, and required charges, so you know your full total before you confirm.
When is the final payment due?
An initial payment is collected when you book to secure your dates, and the remaining balance is due before check-in. Your booking confirmation lists the exact due date for your reservation.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most properties have a minimum stay that can vary by home and by season. The minimum number of nights for each rental is shown during booking when you select your dates.
We look after every home ourselves, so you always have someone nearby. We handle the keys, the cleaning and the questions in between, in English or German. In addition, each home belongs to a client of our sales brokerage, Sea to Sky Realty.
