To help us get the home ready for the next guests, please take care of a few things before you leave. Our team enters after departure to finish up, so there’s no need to meet anyone.
- Leave the home “broom clean” — tidy away personal items and debris, and sweep or vacuum.
- Start the first load of laundry if there’s a washer inside the unit.
- Wash and dry the dishes and empty the dishwasher; make sure pots, silverware, china and glasses are clean.
- Bag all trash and place it in the outside cans (trash left inside means an extra cleaning fee).
- Clear toys and items — including any temporary pool fence — from the pool area.
- Turn off lights, ceiling fans and electronics, and set the A/C to 80°F on “Cool” to save energy.
- Close the windows and lock all doors. Leave any keys, garage remotes or openers in the unit (a fee applies if they’re not returned).
- If you used the BBQ, please clean it — a dirty grill incurs a $50 fee.
