To book, we collect a 25% deposit (25% of rent, taxes and added fees such as cleaning, pet and damage-waiver fees), plus 100% of any insurance and HOA registration fees, at the time of reservation. If you book within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable, including extra-service fees (like pet fees, pool heat or extra-guest fees), which can’t be credited or moved to other services. Because of this, we strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect your payments.
