Pet friendly 3 BR Pool Home ⚓ on quiet cul-de-sac

Great vacation property in the heart of Bradenton. Close to everything. 10 minutes to Coquina beach. Walmart, Publix, Aldi all close by. Our kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the huge backyard. Property had a brand new BBQ. Netflix and on demand You tube Cable Tv. Property was managed by professional company. We left them a message for a broken chair and they provided a new chair the next day.

The location of the house was perfect for our needs. The pool was a bonus. It was nice to have options to air conditioning, fans in every room. Their choice of flooring helps to stay cool and easy to keep clean.

We had a great vacation! The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We'll most likely be back!

Booking procedure was very easy and without complications. We found a very nice and clean place. The Suncoas-Vacation-Team was very good. Some little leak in the air condition had been repaired immediately. We enjoyed our vacation very much. We will come back.

This home met our needs perfectly! The house was clean and had plenty of kitchen stock to prepare the occasional meal! Loved the pool, the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to shopping, the beach and grocery stores! Booking process was fast and relaxed.

We booked the home online with the rental company to save on fees. Response was fast. When we arrived, the home was at the end of a cul-du-sac. The home was clean throughout, had a almost brandnew pool and a huge backyard. Absolutely positively surprised. Would book again. The booking was handled extremely professional.

Although I arrived on a afternoon in Bradenton, Florida I was captured by the beautiful setting of the house from the very first moment. It is very well-maintained with wonderful and individual decorated rooms. I especially loved having breakfast outside in the comfortable sitting area while enjoying the view of the pool. The house is located conveniently close to several incredible beaches which can be reached within a few minutes by car.
I really can recommend this house if you plan on having a relaxing and comfortable vacation which you will certainly never forget.

A very relaxing vacation! The home was perfect for our family, the kids liked the huge pool and it was very relaxing seeing them have so much fun. The home was very clean, the location was good, about 15 minutes drive to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This home was absolutely perfect for our needs! It was a perfect location to visit many different beaches with a short drive. It was great to be able to cook some of our meals at the house (with all of the cooking supplies you could need) to save a little on spending and really nice to have access to beach supplies, washer/dryer and pool. This was a perfect home in a cute town and we look forward to staying there in the future.

We loved the privacy of the back yard and had fun grilling right by the pool. Very comfortable overall, the master suite was awesome and the nice big kitchen with the convenience of all appliances made meal preparation fun and easy. It was great to have access to the washer and dryer and the tiled floors made sweeping up easy. The location was incredible, close to everything and only a short drive from the beautiful beaches and restaurants of Anna Maria, Bradenton and Longboat Key. We had a great vacation and would definitely rent this place again!

Very spacious villa with lovely pool. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom s with plenty of storage and nice kitchen. Great for easy access to beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island just 15 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay

Thank you for your assistance while we were in Florida. The home was a terrific space for all 6 sisters. Everyone arrived home safe and sound. It was a great house in a wonderful location for vacationing in Bradenton.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!!! Das Haus war wie beschrieben und sogar noch besser. Da das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt ist es absolut ruhig, aber trotzdem hat man alles was man braucht um die Ecke (Walmart, Publix, HomeDepot etc) Das Haus war absolut sauber und toll ausgestattet. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Fragen kommt sofort Hilfe, goroßartig!!! Der Pool ist fantastisch und in den Sommermonaten braucht man keine Poolheizung. Es gibt viele Handtücher, so dass man nur Strandhandtücher mitnehmen muss. Zum Strand auf Anna Maria Iland sind es nur 10 Minuten Fahrt. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und nett und unterstützen einen, wenn man Fragen hat, wo sie können. Wir kommen wieder !!!!

What a great place! We absolutely loved this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and our three little girls loved being able to swim everyday. It's located off the main road at the back of a cul-de-sac which is really nice. The fenced in large back yard gives plenty of privacy. Heidi is great to work with and responds very quickly too which made our stay and planning very easy. We are already planning our December trip and plan to stay again in this wonderful home.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Super Ausstattung. Waschmaschine, Trockner, große Küche, neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles was man zum Kochen und sogar Grillen braucht ist vorhanden. Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Erwachsenen und das Haus bot mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool ist schön groß. Verschiedene Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar. Der Strand von Anna Maria Island ist sehr gepflegt und in ca. 15 Minuten einfach zu finden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

We just returned from a great vacation in Florida. We rented this home and really enjoyed the home and its amenities, All of the the appliances are new and the pool was spotless and salt water(no chlorine) which we were surprised by.We will definately check this one out again if its available for our next vacation south. It is close to whatever your looking for restaurants / shopping or supermarkets. Also its 15 minutes to miles of beaches.The home is on a cul de sac so no traffic. Very pleased with home not to mention 10 days of beautiful Florida weather.
