Gorgeous 2 BR/2 BA condo ⚓ Close to the Beach! Biggest Pool on AMI, Tennis

Although we had to leave early due to the pandemic, the time there was fantastic and this condo was most comfortable and well equipped. In our haste to leave, we left behind an aid to assist the audio of the tv system. Heidi was most efficient in helping us locate the missing item and returning it to us. We will be returning again next year to this same unit .

"Great Family getaway to relax"

The property was just as listed. Perfect for our family of 4. We wanted to relax, swim in a pool, visit the ocean, and be able to have a home base in case we needed down time, bathroom breaks, and to eat at "home". The neighborhood was safe. The residence was clean and stocked (bring your own TP! Wth). The pool area was impressively clean and had cool water(which was nice because it was so hot). We shopped at the local grocery upon arrival and ate at the condo all week but there are nice restaurants all around and there is a free trolley. We loved that we could walk across the road to a clean beach. The waves were strong most days but better than the Atlantic! My 4 year old would go out with us in a life vest.

"Fabulous Condo!"

We are frequent AMI beach visitors and have stayed at Runaway Bay condos 2 times now. This condo has everything you need to enjoy a long visit at the beach. It was updated, comfortable, very clean, and the location was great. The view in front of the pool was a major plus. All the appliances were new and nice. The master bedroom closet included a TON of linens, towels, ect. So we were never low or without. One of the best parts was not having a traditional key to unlock the door, but instead a keypad with a code we could change to our choice. We didn’t have to worry about losing a key or having it on us at all times and everyone could go in and out at their own leisure! The pool was closed for one day due to maintenance which was a little bummer but not the owner’s fault. Our family loved our stay and the weather was close to perfect. "Highly Recommend"

This condo was everything we hoped for and so much more. The Runaway Bay Property is very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. A gorgeous, swimmable beach is right across the street - 5 minute walk from this unit. The sunsets on the beach and sunrises by the beautiful deck on the property - bay side - were a daily experience. Anna Maria Island is beautiful and very laid back - Old Florida style. It's very safe for families. No high rises or crazy huge shopping centers but lots of great restaurants, gift shops etc. Irene's in Holmes Beach has awesome women's clothing. A must to visit. The free trolley goes across the length of the island and is a lot of fun. Unit 224 is spotlessly clean and it was peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything imaginable. Lots of room for 2 couples, washer and dryer, lots of towels and beach stuff to use. Very comfortable beds, showers were clean and roomy, large closet off master bedroom, great little deck overlooking the beautiful, very clean pool. We would highly recommend and have nothing but accolades about the property.

The condo was beautiful and immaculate. Right near the pool and central to everything on the Island. The trolley on the Island takes you to just about everywhere you would want to go.

A beautiful property inside and out. Clean, close to the beach, warm pool, fully equipped for full scale dinner parties and very comfortable and spacious. The condo community is very friendly and the location for walks to restaurants is perfect. Not in the middle of noisy areas but close to everything. The rental company was instantly and pleasantly responsive to our needs.

"Great updates and private rooms"

This condo was awesome! It was newly updated, floors were in great condition and granite countertops were wonderful. The main living area and kitchen were open. Each room is on the opposite side of the condo and has a bathroom between, so there is a lot of privacy, including doors that close off each Bed and bathroom area. The outdoor porch is screened in and reduces bugs. There were a ton of beach toys and any cooking utensil you can think of, including a toaster oven, waffle maker, microwave, and coffee maker. There was quite a large flight of stairs to climb, but being on the top floor meant we didn't have to worry about people above us being noisy. Whole area is very quiet, pool closes at 8. The outside noise from the pool area really comes into the bedroom(windows/insulation must not be very good) but since it is so quiet at night it really doesn't matter. The path to the beach is right across the street. You could walk to the downtown area but it would be a little bit of a trek, you could also take the free trolley. Bike rentals on the island were a great way to get around, it was about a mile to Publix and probably less than that to some of the downtown eating areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay Condo's. The condo was fully stocked and very clean. The pool is very close to the condo and they beach is right across the road. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful two bedroom condo and sparkling clean!! Had every kitchen utensil you could ever need, a plethora of extra beach towels to use, beach toys and cart to make the walk across the street easy and convenient---I simply can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in this great condo!!!!

This was an excellent accommodation in a great location. Property was well maintained, very clean and had everything that was needed for our stay.
Property overlooked the pool which was cleaned every day and there was plenty of sun loungers and shade if needed. All in all we had a fabulous stay at this lovely Condo

This is a very nice unit. The open kitchen makes it unique at Runaway Bay. It is furnished very tastefully and has almost everything you need. Given the price, they skimp a little on things like dishwasher soap and no beach toys at all or things like playing cards. But these are small details and overall I would highly recommend this unit. Do note that it has two king beds.

"Fun in sun "

Spent 10 days in unit 224. We liked it very much. It overlooks the pool which we enjoyed. Getting to beach was a snap. The pool was always warm, which made for enjoyable swimming. The unit itself was very nice and felt large. Kitchen was updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We were very appreciative of king sized beds in each bedroom. Plenty of linens and towels, both bath and beach. We even enjoyed outside barbecue grill. Runaway bay is a great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately I never found a broom and missed that. We would love to return for a longer stay next year, but the price has gotten too high

We were very happy with our condo. This process was all new for us as we had never rented thru a company like this before (sight unseen and no references). But, all went smoothly renting thru Suncoast. The condo was very nice and clean and we loved the location overlooking the pool. Can't think of any negatives. We would not hesitate to rent thru Suncoast again. They were very professional and everything was organized and straight forward.

Our vacation in this condo was amazing......Great location to beach/pool. This condo has EVERYTHING you would need on a vacation. Top notch. Has great cable/WIFI internet. TV's in both bedrooms and living area. Porch was great screened in, perfect place for morning coffee and devotion. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. They had everything for the beach you would need, even a wagon to take to the beach so you don't have to carry all items. Kids toys were also there for the beach, LOTS of beach towels. Lots of restaurants close by, definitely go the Pizza place across from the Beach House restaurant (which is good also)....Best pizza there on the island. Definitely a condo I would return to! The condo itself was beautiful - updated and fresh. Very clean and comfortable. We loved having the beach just across the street and since we were new to spending time on the beach all those extra beach items came in very handy. Beach umbrellas. boards, chairs, sand toys - so many things we had not thought of. Plus a wagon to carry it all in. We would recommend this condo to all our family and friends!

I have stayed at several properties in Runaway Bay and this is my favorite. Great view overlooking the pool, nicely updated, modern kitchen, close to BBQ. Booking went super smoothly (professional management). Unit was clean as well
