Rented this condo with my mother for a week - perfect corner unit, pool and amenity access, full kitchen with plenty of utensils/pans/etc, two bedrooms and two baths - a great amount of space / privacy.

This is our 9th year in this unit...always clean, very comfortable unit..from the beds to the furniture..great location..can’t look out of my window now and see the beach..what happened..been back to work 2 days and already counting down to next year...our Family misses you Runaway Bay and Anna Maria

This condo was very clean, beds comfortable and very close to the beach. It had everything you need for a weeks stay coming fee maker dishes etc. It was very well supplied with toilet paper napkins etc. We would ABSOLUTELY return to this condo at Runaway Bay

This vacation condo was clean, comfortable and you can't beat the location. Right in the midst of restaurants and shops with the beach directly across the street, and the free trolley stop steps from the door - it really was a great location for our family vacation! Our family of four had more than enough space and enjoyed eating meals on the screened in balcony. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We hope to be back next spring and I would definitly recommend it to others!

All is well here and we enjoyed our stay at this unit. This unit is very well equipped and we are happy that we will be returning here next February.

What a find! An apartment that lives up to it's description, on a lovely complex, ( with it's own little fishing pier! ) ,that has a fantastic pool, tennis court etc. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and literally just across the road from the beach - what more could you ask for. Any questions/ help that you may need are easily answered by the on site staff who we found to be helpful. Eating out? Try the breakfasts at the Gulf Drive Cafe - only a few minutes walk up the road. Watch the sea roll in while you eat the most fantastic french toast. They have a Tiki bar open in the evening too! What a life!!! If you want to travel on the island, make use of the free trolley bus - the best value on the island! The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that we felt that the a/c in the apartment was a little under par but it has plenty of ceiling fans so no real problem. We have already booked again for next year - can't wait!!!!!

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo! It was well-equipped and very comfortable. We especially loved the proximity to the beach access path. Overall, we were very happy and would love to stay here again in the future.

We all had a very good time here. We enjoyed having the beach right across the street and having are own washer and dryer in the condo. The free trolley was a nice thing also. We overall enjoyed are stay and would go back on our next vacation.

What a great place to stay while on vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida due to this unit. It had everything we needed to ensure a fun, relaxing time...close proximity to the beach (right across the street), easy access to the swimming pool and tennis courts, near-by restaurants, a beautiful environment, and a fully equipped unit. The listing was accurate (location, layout, and amenities). The property was very well maintained. I received an immediate answer when I had a question. If we vacation in the area again, this is where we want to stay. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. We rate this property as 5 stars!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria and Runaway Bay. The condo was well equipped, very clean, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our children enjoyed the pool, and having the option to do the beach and the pool worked very well. I would totally recommend the condo to others and would stay there again.

My wife and I and a friend stayed here over the thanksgiving holiday and what a treat. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and across from the most wonderful beach I have seen to date. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and I look forward to staying again soon. Simply lovely. The condo is located in a great area, close to all the gulf beaches, grocery stores and numerous places to eat.Your place was immaculately clean and well represented. We love this part of Florida and this condo and will go back again very soon. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was VERY clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The view from the lanai was very relaxing, we had almost all our meals there. The beach was quiet and clean as well. We were very happy with the vacation and would recommend this place to our friends or anyone who is planning on visiting Anna Maria Island.

We took our trip in May and the weather was terrific. The condo was equipped with everything you need and it was very clean. We loved that the condo was only steps away from the beach. Anybody who stays in this condo will not regret it!
