Gorgeous 3 BR West Bradenton Pool Home ⚓ Private Backyard

This house had everything we needed and was incredibly clean and well kept. The interior is in great condition with updated kitchen and guest bath. Well furnished and comfortable. The pool is beautiful-we swam every day!- and the yard is nicely landscaped and very cute. The management company was very responsive on a few questions we had. All in all a great vacation rental!

"Perfect week"

This property was lovely, spacious, well appointed and relaxing! We loved the pool and spacious outdoor area including well maintained yard. The living room/dining/kitchen area was VERY spacious and classy. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, dishes, gas grill, pots and pans and even seasonings and coffee filters etc made our trip very convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and evenings under the stars in the water were wonderful. Short drive to lots of fun beaches and attractions. We loved skipping the crowds and noise of hotels and having our own little getaway. Now we want to move to Florida!

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near several nice beaches. Pool was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. All of the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. Will be booking here again in the future.

Very close to the beach and other stores. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Management was available. Pool is very private and you find so many towels in the house.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It is definitely the best stocked home we have ever rented. There was every kitchen gadget you can imagine! We were able to cook Easter dinner for our family and enjoy by the pool. The pool is wonderful as well! We can't wait to return!

First night supplies were provided. #Highspeed internet #Netflix and #Wi-Fi #fullkitchen Close to everything between Manatee and cortez rd. Close to Walmart and Aldi. A 10 miniute ride to the beach

"Excellent property, great location, lots of modern upgrades"

The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable week. Little things like, dish washer tablets, bin liners and soaps and shampoo really helped on arrival. Beach chairs and pool toys were a bonus.
Management team very prompt when needed, our fault!
The property is in a great spot for access to the beaches with all well known supermarkets very close.
Would strongly recommend and use again in the future.

"Amazing!!!! "

The beds were super comfy & the pool was a lot bigger than expected!! We loved the screen covering the pool & patio. We also loved the updated kitchen & all other furniture was nice & stylish as well. The palm tree right in the middle of the front yard made you feel even more on vacation. Staying here it only took us about 20 minutes to get to the nearest beach & 30-40 minutes to get to the VERY NICE beaches further down close to “bean point”. We would definitely recommend this vacation home. :))))))

"Quite, private, & charming Rental Home "

This place Is so nice!!! The house is very clean, including the pool!! The fencing around the back yard makes this place very private & quite. This is a great place to get away & take a vacation!! Our only negatives are no working lights in the pool at night & the Master Bedroom is a little warm for our liking to sleep. Even with these two items we would return to this place anytime or day! I can't say enough great things about this Rental!!!

The house was very nice. Had everything we needed and more. Was close to the beach which was really easy to get to. Due to hurricane, the pool was green when we got there. But I sent an email And the pool guy fixed it in a day.. Look forward to returning.

This house is perfect. We all want to stay again. Nothing is missing from this house and it is in a great location . We went to Anna Marea, Siesta Key, Disney, Universal and etc. I wanted to stay forever. Highly recommend.

"Outstanding West Bradenton Pool Home"

This is our second time at this property. Very clean, very nice pool home with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Everything is well maintained, the pool area and garden are like an oasis in the middle of the city. Just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. Check the property manager's website for tips for the area, we found some great restaurants thru them. We will definitely return.

We were happy to have this place. Although we did miss for example a cleaning cloth (Putzlappen) for the kitchen and we also bought a lemon squezzer. otherwise very well located property with all you need for the stay. A week is too short 😉 Especially if you want to go to the beach occiasionally. We enjoyed the sunsets, dolphins and manatees and the beach. thank you for your help with the internet!

"Beautiful Property and Perfect Location!"

The house and property were much prettier than the pictures and description could've shown! The house was very nicely furnished and decorated. The on-property amenities were lovely. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, the living room was easy to relax in, and the kitchen made preparing our meals perfect! In addition, the saline pool and lanai were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming and tanning during our stay! We are definitely going to be staying in your properties in the future! Thanks so very much!!

Impeccably clean and with everything we needed - close to beaches.

We had a great time at this house. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was only a short drive to the beaches. The home is well equipped and has everything you can wish for. Very clean and comfortable. Property manager was great to work with. Hope to be back soon 🙂
